When you start a business, you don’t consider the roles to take on. A personal assistant can take away the tasks which impact your time and give you back headspace and capacity to focus on growing your business.

What is the process like?

Flexible and easy in a nutshell. I can work as many hours a week or in a month as necessary. Sometimes this is unknown until the tasks are outsourced to me so no need to concern yourself with how many hours just yet.

What sort of tasks does a personal assistant do?

A personal assistant supports you to free up time so you can focus on growing your business and finding time for the parts of work/life which bring you joy. For solo business owners or start-ups suddenly expanding, there are so many hats to wear – finance, marketing, digital, business development, HR, Admin – this is where we help to take on some of the areas you need support with. How far in advance do I need to book support?

It’s ideal to be able to chat through your business operations and support thoughts in advance so we can agree the best areas to help and assist.  However, we will never turn away a business owner in need of immediate support so do get in touch via the most convenient method for you.

What if I don’t use all my hours or need to add more on?

If you’ve purchased a package of hours, they are valid for use within a 12-week period. In the unlikely event you have not used all your hours within that time, they do expire but we will be in close communication to ensure you get the value you need from your personal assistant packages.

If you’ve used your allocated hours but need a few more, then we simply add on what you need at our standard hourly rate.

My work is confidential, how can I use a personal assistant to help?

NDA and confidentiality contracts are standard for us. We become a partner to you and your business where integrity and discretion are paramount.
